I got eyebrow microblading done by Paula, and I cannot recommend her and the service enough. As some background, I lost my eyebrows to chemo and was looking to get temporary eyebrows as mine grows in. I felt like myself for the first time in a while coming out of that session. Paula is extremely detailed, great at listening and communicating and has an impeccable eye for style. The place is also super cool and plays great music. For anyone on the fence, it’s worth every penny!

Had the best experience with Paula ! I had horrible experiences with having my brows done and had to get them removed with laser so Paula could redo them for me. She’s dealt with all my questions and has been great as we’ve started my 1st phase of new brows! Had my 2nd session w/Paula and can’t wait to see final outcome in 6 weeks. Loving them so far Highly recommend Paula @ Arcana !

Long review BUT much deserved!! Paula is the absolute best—truly in a class of her own. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she also has a calming presence that makes the entire experience feel effortless. From beginning to end, she was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the entire process in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or unsure; she made sure I knew exactly what to expect. What stood out the most was how much she genuinely cared about my comfort. She checked in with me throughout the appointment to see how I was feeling and asked if there was anything she could do to make me more comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who balances skill and compassion so perfectly. Even after my appointment, Paula continued to go above and beyond. She reached out to check on my healing and answer any questions I had. That level of follow-through really shows how dedicated she is to her clients and their results. I was extremely nervous to do this, but I am so glad I went through with it. Paula made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Ladies, if you want eyebrows… beautiful eyebrows.. please see Paula at Arcana. I was the nervous one with very sparse brows and delayed appointments. Paula immediately puts you at ease, explains every detail and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I am beyond thrilled with her expertise and now have full natural looking brows.
